Getting Started

How it all fits together

The full journey — from a customer finding you to booking, paying, and coming back.

Growth Onward isn't a pile of separate tools — it's one connected system. Here's the journey a customer takes, and how each part of your dashboard plays its role.

1. A customer finds you and books

Your website is where it starts. A customer picks a service and an available time and books — no phone call, no account required. That single booking instantly:

  • creates or updates their record in Customers,
  • shows up in Bookings for you to see, and
  • respects the availability you set in Booking & hours.

2. You take payment (optional)

If you've turned on payments, the customer pays a deposit or the full amount at booking — your choice. Money flows straight to your own payment account, and the booking is confirmed once payment succeeds.

3. The visit is confirmed and reminders go out

Confirmations and reminders are sent automatically so customers show up. You can approve bookings yourself or let them auto-confirm.

4. After the visit, they come back

This is where Growth Onward earns its name. Automatically, and only if you enable them:

  • a review request goes out to build your reputation,
  • a rebooking reminder brings them back when they're due,
  • referrals turn happy customers into new ones, and
  • offers and campaigns win back the ones who've drifted.

You set this up once. From then on, the system does the remembering, reminding, and re-inviting — so your calendar stays full without the busywork.
