Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we handle personal data on this website (growthonward.com). We've tried to write it in plain English rather than legalese.

Who we are

Growth Onward is a service operated by London Commerce Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect, and why

We keep this deliberately small. On this website, we only collect personal data in three situations:

• When you book a demo. Our booking is handled by Calendly. You give Calendly your name, email address, the time you choose, and anything you type into the booking form. We use it to contact you and run the demo.
• When you email us. We receive your email address and whatever you write, and we keep it so we can reply and follow up.
• Server logs. Like any website, our hosting keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.

We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking on this site.There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no profiling. We don't sell personal data, and we never will.

Our lawful basis

• Legitimate interests — to respond to your enquiry, run a demo you asked for, and keep our site secure and working.
• Steps prior to a contract— where you're talking to us about becoming a customer.
• Consent — if you ever opt in to marketing email. You can withdraw it at any time, and every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own, and we don't use tracking cookies — which is why you won't see a cookie banner. If you open the demo booking widget, Calendly may set its own cookies to make the booking work; that's covered by Calendly's privacy policy.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Calendly — demo scheduling.
• Our hosting provider — to serve this website.

Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or an adequacy decision.

Our demo sites

Our demos (for example the Furtail and Bella's Grooming grooming sites) are demonstrations containing fictional sample data. The people, pets and bookings in them are made up — they are not real customers. Payments in the demos run in test mode and take no real money.

If you book or sign in on a demo site, whatever you type goes into a demo database that we may reset or delete at any time. Please don't enter real personal or payment details into a demo.

If you become a customer

When a business buys Growth Onward, we set up and run a system for them. Any personal data about theirclients that lives in that system belongs to that business: they are the controller, and we act as their processor, handling it on their instructions under a separate agreement. This policy covers our own website, not the data inside a customer's system.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and demo-booking data for as long as we're in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. Server logs are kept only for a short period. If you'd like your data deleted sooner, just ask.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted;
• restrict or object to how we use it, including objecting to direct marketing at any time;
• ask for your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent where we relied on it.

We don't make any automated decisions about you. To exercise any of these, email hello@growthonward.com.

If you think we've got something wrong, please tell us first so we can fix it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. This policy was last updated on 16 July 2026.
