Terms of Use
These terms apply to this website (growthonward.com) and our demo sites. They don't cover buying our service — if you become a customer, we'll agree separate terms with you in writing.
Who we are
This site is operated by London Commerce Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Growth Onward. You can reach us at hello@growthonward.com.
Using this site
You're welcome to browse the site and our demos, and to share links to them. Please don't misuse the site — that means no attempting to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it at a scale that affects other people, or use it to do anything unlawful.
The demos
Our demo sites are demonstrations, not real businesses. The businesses, people, pets, vehicles, bookings and reviews in them are fictional sample data. Payments run in test mode and take no real money.
- Demos may be changed, reset or taken down at any time, without notice.
- Anything you enter into a demo goes into a database we may wipe at any time — please don't enter real personal or payment details.
- A demo shows how the product works; it isn't a promise of any particular result for your business.
Pricing and information on this site
Any prices, plans or figures shown on this site or in our materials are indicative and may change. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on this site forms a contract. Example figures we use to illustrate the cost of lost rebookings are illustrations only — your results will depend on your own business.
Our content
The content, design, branding and marks on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for your own commercial purposes without our permission. Any third-party names or marks mentioned belong to their respective owners.
Links to other sites
Where we link to third-party services (such as our booking tool), we're not responsible for their content or their handling of your data — their own terms and privacy policies apply.
No warranty
This site and the demos are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that they'll always be available, error-free, or that the information on them is complete or current.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can't lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we're not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the demos.
If you use this site in the course of a business, these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. If you're a consumer, you keep all your statutory rights.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you're a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
