Bookings & Scheduling

Setting your availability

Control exactly when customers can book — hours, capacity, slot length, and how far ahead.

Booking & hours (under Settings) is where you decide when customers can book you. Set it once and every booking — online or manual — respects it.

What you can control

Weekly hours

Set your open hours for each day of the week. Days you leave empty are treated as closed.

Closures

Block off holidays, vacations, or one-off days. No times are offered on closed dates.

Capacity

How many customers you can serve at once. Set this above one if you have multiple stations, bays, or staff working in parallel.

Slot length

How long each appointment slot is. Combined with a service's duration, this decides which start times customers see.

Booking window & lead time

How far ahead customers can book, and the minimum notice you need before an appointment.

Time zone

Set your shop's time zone so every time shown to customers is correct.

Scenarios

  • "I want Saturdays busier and Mondays off." Leave Monday's hours empty; set full hours on Saturday.
  • "I run two chairs." Set capacity to 2 — two customers can book the same time.
  • "I need a day's notice." Set the lead time to 24 hours so nobody books last-minute.
  • "I only take bookings a month out." Set the booking window to 30 days.

Changing hours affects new bookings only — existing appointments stay put, so you'll never knock out a booking someone already has.
