How it works
A visit is completed
When you mark a booking completed, the customer becomes eligible for a review request.
A request goes out
With review requests enabled, the customer gets a link to leave a review — no account required.
You moderate
New reviews arrive in Grow → Reviews. Approve the ones you want public.
Approved reviews show on your site
They appear on your storefront, marked as a verified customer.
The best time to ask is right after a great visit. Because requests fire off completed bookings, your timing is automatic.
Turning it on
Review requests are optional and off by default. Enable them when you're ready, and set how soon after a visit the request should go out.
